Our journey began in 2018 after our founder experienced Oral Thin Film (OTF) technology while receiving medical treatment in Europe. The rapid onset, precise dosing, high bioavailability, and exceptional effectiveness of the novel delivery methood inspired years of research into adapting the technology for cannabinoid formulations.

Today, Sirona combines pharmaceutical-formulation science with premium cannabinoids and carefully engineered terpene profiles to create products designed for specific experiences.

We have worked alongside cannabis researchers and formulation experts on three continents. Through extensive research, rapid prototyping, and formulation development, we helped advance highly precise, low-dose Oral Thin Film products designed to maximize bioavailability, consistency, convenience, and consumer confidence.

At this time, Sirona is introducing a new generation of over-the-counter (OTC) cannabinoid formulations designed to support a variety of wellness needs. Our products combine carefully selected major and minor cannabinoids with therapeutic botanicals and cannabis-derived terpenes to harness what researchers often describe as the entourage effect—the synergistic interaction between these naturally occurring compounds.

Rather than relying on high doses, we focus on precision and calculated bioavailability. Each formulation is thoughtfully calibrated to deliver targeted benefits with consistency, accuracy, and purpose.

As the cannabis industry continues to evolve, so does our focus.
